How to return goods
Print the form
Download the return form and fill it in each field. Crop the label and Conservala for the next step.
Specify the reason for your return, whether you want to receive a refund or replace the item with another product.
Prepare the package
Insert the product inside the original packaging, together with any manuals and/or instruction booklets and the previously completed form.
Cut out the label from the return form and apply it on the package.
Send the package
Send your products* to Dentalgreen:

The goods must be returned intact and undamaged and with an insured package in free port.
Get your refund
The refund will arrive within 30 days from the date of receipt of the communication, after checking that the products received are in the original state.*
*Please note: If there has been a Dentalgreen error and you have received a product other than the one ordered or the product has arrived damaged or the quantity is different from the one ordered, you can request a replacement/refund. In this case, the costs incurred for the shipment of the return will also be refunded.
** We do not accept loss or damage of the goods during return.
